Pre-school activities in the villageKings Somborne Pre-School Baby and Toddler Group meets every Wednesday between 9:30 and 11:30 at the Village Hall. Tiny Tots meet every Tuesday at 9:15 am in the Parish Church Messy Play Art Club meet every Thursday morning at the Village Hall. Their external website is here. Village Activities for School Age ChildrenThere are several Scouts meetings in the village, including Beavers Wednesday 5:45-7:45pm, Cubs Thursdays 6:30-8:00pm, and Scouts Tuesdays 7:00-9:00 pm Sunday School - For over 8's in the Epworth Hall at 8pm, and for 4-8 year olds in the School Hall at 10:00 am. Primary SchoolThe Kings Somborne C of E Primary School has its own website here. Nearby primary schools include Stockbridge Primary School. Secondary SchoolsTest Valley School in Stockbridge is the secondary school which has King's Somborne as a contributary school. Alternative secondary schools accessible by bus from King's Somborne are The Henry Beaufort, Kings and Westgate schools in Winchester. CollegePeter Symonds College is a sixth form college offering a broad choice of courses for 16-19 year olds of all academic abilities within the community of Winchester and its environs and is accessible by bus. Other colleges that may be considered are Sparsholt College, (between Somborne and Winchester), Cricklade College Andover, Basingstoke College of Technology, Eastleigh College and Southampton City College.
