| Police appeal to help trace owners of stolen property Police are appealing for anyone who has been a victim of burglary in 2005 or 2006 in a rural area of Hampshire to contact them. Officers have seized a haul of stolen property recently and are attempting to reunite people with their valuables. A huge selection of jewellery, porcelain, clocks, paintings, mirrors, silverware and many other items have been recovered as part of a recent police operation. They have all been photographed and catalogued. Officers are now appealing for people who were victims of burglary in Hampshire – specifically in the rural Winchester and East Hampshire areas – to get in touch. Detective Constable Claire Nicholls said: “This property has been recovered as part of a recent police operation. “I am really keen for people who have been victims of burglary to come and view these items or look through our catalogue to try and identify what property may belong to them.” There are a variety of ways in which people can view these items, including using the following web links – https://www.dropbox.com/sh/95zlly8xakeixpr/svnraqGu5G https://www.dropbox.com/sh/fqhe7qvs3q8766q/M0Ghj3Kpee https://www.dropbox.com/sh/cz3tstgkzzlqxtx/Q3r6hCDGgY https://www.dropbox.com/sh/v92vqll4imxmpx7/8wci6_DVMK https://www.dropbox.com/sh/5b2dbc9htvwtiop/MGKK8t6Sjt https://www.dropbox.com/sh/hishcq2839kx65w/k_irrCG1Ox Anyone who thinks they may be able to identify any stolen property is asked to contact Det Con Nicholls at Whitchurch Police Station on 101. |
