| Tonight (Tuesday, December 6), there is a live web chat with Chief Inspector Henry Parsons from our Roads Policing Unit (RPU). He will be online to answer your questions about preventing drink and drug driving. The session is part of our December campaign to prevent the destruction and distress caused by motorists who drive after drinking or taking drugs. Hampshire Constabulary and Thames Valley Police are working together within our Joint Operations Unit (JOU) to deter and detect behaviour behind the wheel that puts lives in danger on our roads. Drink and drug driving is recognised by independent research as one of the ‘Fatal Four’ factors that result in collisions where deaths or serious injuries occur. Whether it is about the legal alcohol limit, penalties for drink or drug driving, how alcohol and drugs affect your driving, or something else regarding drink or drug driving, Chief Inspector Henry Parsons is available to respond to your query. To take part in the session - anonymously - from 6.30pm to 7.30pm tonight (Tuesday, December 6), visit the Thames Valley Police Cover-it-Live page
