The Annual General Meeting of the Village Hall Management Committee will be held on Thursday 4^th June 2015 in the Village Hall.

AGENDA

1. To receive any apologies for absence.

    

2. To receive and approve the minutes of the AGM held on 6^th May 2014.

    

3. To consider matters arising and not covered elsewhere on the agenda.

    

4. To receive a report from the Chairman.

    

5. To receive a report from the Treasurer for the year and to adopt the Accounts for 2014-2015.

    

6.  (a)To receive a report from the Acting Chairman of the Development Committee.

    (b) To receive a report from the Chairman of the Fund Raising Committee.

    

7. To note the rates of hire.

    

8. To accept the resignation of officers/trustees previously serving.

    

9. To elect the following VHMC Officers for the year ahead.

    

   Chairman, Treasurer, Secretary.

    

   All of whom shall serve as Trustees of the charity

    

10. To record the names of representatives nominated by village organisations to serve as Members/Trustees for the year ahead.

     

11. To co-opt such other VHMC Members/Trustees (up to 4) as shall be considered necessary, including to serve as;

                                   Booking Secretary.

12. To appoint an independent examiner

There will be a chance to ask officers questions at the end of the meeting.
