Let me help you to improve your general fitness, body shape, posture, flexibility and joint mobility.  Help reduce back pain and the risk of back injury by strengthening your body from the inside out, using your deep abdominal muscles to improve your core stability, with safe, low impact exercises.  Relieve everyday stress and tension. Enhance your sense of well being.  Feel relaxed and yet re-energisied!  
In addition to my classes, I also offer one-to-one personal tuition.  I am a Level 3 Qualified Instructor in Clinical Pilates using the Joseph Pilates Classical Method of Teaching which enables me to help those with specific concerns such as rehabilitation after injury, not just general aches and pains. I am also trained as a Level 4 Exercise Specialist in The Management of Low Back Pain providing me with further knowledge to help those with chronic back pain to resume or continue exercise under a carefully designed programme for each individual. Please do call me for more information and so that I can advise you as to the most suitable class or programme for you.
