King’s Somborne Cricket Club was founded late in the Nineteenth Century. The history is rather complicated and the Honorary Secretary, Frank Fahy, is currently researching the archives with the hope of amplifying this entry in the future. Currently, KSCC plays friendly matches, mostly at home on the KS recreation ground. 20/20 games are usually played on Wednesday evenings. Practise nets are available on the rec. The current officers are listed under ‘Articles’: KSCC AGM. Meetings usually take place on the evenings of the second Thursdays of the month. Please contact the Hon. Sec. to ascertain the details. Playing membership is rather low at present and new members (15 years old or over) would be very welcome. Playing kit (except clothing) can be supplied by the Club. Anyone interested in playing cricket for KSCC should click on ‘Contact’.
